National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA):2016

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is being conducted by the Council of Architecture, being the competent & final authority for the purpose of fixing norms and standards for architectural institutions and having the necessary expertise to hold a Common Aptitude Test in Architecture, at national level to provide a single window system for appearing in aptitude test and to facilitate institutions, students and public at large for admission to First year of 5 year B.Arch Degree Course at all recognized Institutions all over country.

WHAT IS NATA?

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, i.e. Architecture

ELIGIBILITY :Any person having passed SSC (Std X) or equivalent examination and above can appear for NATA. However, only candidates who have qualified an aptitude test in Architecture and have secured 50% marks in NATA 2016 Brochure Page 2 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects, shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. No direct lateral admission is allowed at any year/stage of B.Arch. course based on any qualification. NATA score shall be valid for a period of two years from the year in which one appeared.

ALL INDIA PRE-VETERINARY TEST {AIPYD-2016 FOR ADMISSION TO B.V.Sc. & A.H. COURSE Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT)-2016 to be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H Course for the academic session 2016-17 for filling up

15% All India Quota seats in Veterinary Colleges in India (except from the State of Jammu & Kashmir)

and > State Quota seats (other than 15% All India Quota) in the Veterinary Colleges in Haryana, Manipur & Rajasthan.

1. DATE AND TIME OF EXAMINATION: Saturday, the 14th May, 2016 from 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.

2. PATTERN OF EXAMINATION: The Examination shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). Question Paper shall be in English & Hindi.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: A detailed eligibility criterion is given in the Information Bulletin.

4. ADMISSION PROCESS: An All India and State merit list shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIPVT-2016 and candidates shall be admitted from the said list only as per the All India and participating States reservation policy.
