NCHM JEE – 2016 : Admission to B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration 2016-17

National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Council centrally run and regulates academics for B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration and nine other structured courses of study that are imparted at the existing 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 01 Public Sector Undertaking and 13 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT. 9 Food Craft Institutes located in different parts of the country offer Diploma programs in specific operational areas.

B.Sc. HOSPITALITY & HOTEL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM The Bachelor of Science program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The Three-Year (Six Semester) course equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality sector.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION 4.1 QUALIFYING EXAMINATION: A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2016 on provisional basis

How to apply

Sale of Application Form and Information Brochure shall commence from 21.12.2015 from affiliated Institutes, NCHMCT OFFICE, NOIDA. Detail shall be available in the Council’s website www.nchm.nic.in  from the 21. 12.2015

II. Candidates may also apply through on-line from 14.12.2015 by remitting fee through gateway payment. For on-line application and other details, access website https//applyadmission.net/nchmjee2016

DATE OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION o The date of Written Test Examination is on SATURDAY 30th APRIL, 2016 (10.00 am to 1.00pm)

Dates for Submission of April 2016 Examination Fees

1st Dec 2015 to 31st Dec 2015 – Without Late fees

1st Jan, 2016 to 10th Jan 2016 – with Late Fee of Rs. 100/- per subject

11th Jan, 2016 to 20th Jan, 2016 – with consolidated late fee of Rs. 1500/- (through online Credit/Debit card or the form along with BD can be deposited at NIOS Regional Centre only
